We are appointed local agent for Bently Nevada, US based company for vibration and condition monitoring systems. Currently we have established Bently Nevada Services Contract with a few clients such as Sarawak Shell Berhad/Sabah Shell Petroleum Co, ExxonMobil Exploration & Production Malaysia Inc, Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd and Talisman Malaysia Limited. Scope under this Services Contract are as follows;
- Bently Nevada equipments annual health check audit and calibration
- Bently Nevada equipments survey, upgrade and recommendations
- Machinery diagnostics services for rotating equipments such as Gas Turbine Compressors, Gas Turbine Generators and Reciprocating Compressors.
- Structure analysis consists of ODS and Finite Element Analysis
We are also provides project base installation for brown field and green field such as Sabah Gas Onshore Terminal, Kebabangan Petroleum Operations Company and Kinabalu platform. Parts of the scope in the project are as follows:
- Bently Nevada System 1 Diagnostics platform software
- Decision Support
- Bently Performance software
- Smart Signal software
- Wireless WireMesh package
We are also performing Condition Based Monitoring program for our clients especially for offshore. Currently we have CBM contract with Talisman for monthly CBM program, where our CBM personnel mobilise to platform to collect vibration data for Balance of Plant machines such as Fin Fan Cooler and Lube Oil Cooler Fan. We are using Snapshot, portable data collector by Bently Nevada to collect vibration data and downloaded into our System 1 database. This database then will be reviewed and analysed by GE MDS engineer, produce Executive Report then submit to client for their further action.
